1、 Ceramic slurry pump - wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting operation
The flow components of Yongquan ceramic slurry pump adopt high-purity alumina ceramic lining and silicon carbide metal composite lining technology. The ceramic parts have high density and hardness, and have good resistance to high abrasive particle slurry and weak acid-base media. The overcurrent channel is designed with hydraulic optimization, ensuring smooth flow. Combined with thickened snail shell and impeller structure, it can transport high concentration slurries such as mine tailings, coal slurry, and power plant ash for a long time. Each ceramic slurry pump undergoes hydrostatic testing, performance testing, and sealing testing before leaving the factory to ensure smooth operation and long-lasting service life.
2、 ISG series vertical pipeline pump - compact structure, energy-saving and durable
The Yongquan ISG/IRG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is designed based on a mature hydraulic model, with a reasonable impeller flow channel, low overall vibration, and low noise. The shaft seal adopts hard alloy mechanical seal, with high sealing fit and good anti leakage performance. The pump body is cast with precision, and the selection of key components is strict. It can be used for circulating clean water and hot water at room temperature, as well as transporting mildly corrosive media. It is widely used in municipal water supply, building pressurization, HVAC circulation, and industrial water systems. All finished products undergo flow calibration and no-load trial operation before leaving the factory, with good quality.
